How does it make a summary of the candidate? There could be different priorities for the stated requirements. For example, experience in general could be more important than having a specific responsibility as people can learn by doing. Or the type of company can say the potential level of knowledge and experience. How do you handle this? In any case, very cool idea!

In your example, when the general experience could be the point of evaluation, we suspect that the most likely approach to tune the summaries toward your intended evaluations inside the InterviewHub could be the following: During the vacancy design, formulate more open-ended questions, with the topic and ideal answer catching the experience in general rather than a specific skill or experience. This will help direct the summary towards scoring more on general experience rather than specific skills to some extent. Artificial intelligence has a probabilistic nature, which means our services may produce outputs that are not always accurate reflections of reality and not consistently reproduce scores and summaries.
