What is the biggest hurdle you face when launching product on product hunt?

I am a true believer in "throwing things at the wall and seeing what sticks" ideology so I've built products for multiple marketplaces- Shopify, Notion, mondaydotcom & also SaaS. While AI coding made building faster, launching was my big problem. Marketplaces and launch platforms (Product hunt, appsumo etc) are a sea of products and it's really tough to pass them with average looking launch assets.

I'm not a designer, nor do I find it sensible to pay for a monthly subscription when the launch is not a weekly thing (not yet atleast). So I kept facing this issue again and again when I'd spend hours and hours just researching good visual trends, references, then struggling to get a decent looking outcome right on canva.
