LMIM Linux "Genesys" is an AI-native operating system with a persistent local AI presence Kanban. Notes. Workspace. Today. Focus. Creative Lab. Browser. Build Crew. Web tools. File tools. And more. They're not web apps running beside the system. They're part of the environment. The idea was simple: if we're going to rethink the operating system around intelligence, why stop at the assistant? The computer itself should become the workspace.

A few months ago, LMIM was an AI application. Then the idea became more interesting: what if the AI didn't live inside the computer as an application?
What if the computer itself became the place where it lived?
That became Genesys.
Over the last few weeks I built the OS, shell, runtime, memory system, voice, inference stack, browser, tools, installer, and everything around it — mostly from scratch and mostly because I wanted to see how far the idea could go.
It's now a real bootable, installable Linux system.
Genesys is the first public beta.
It's imperfect. That's intentional. I want people to use it, break it, question it, and tell me what it becomes.
as I integrated it be ended up being An AI-native computing environment that happens to contain an entire productivity and creative suite.
Welcome to Genesys.
