I can think of nothing negative to say about this company. I pre-purchased a set of units and have been eagerly waiting for them. The company has been extremely forthcoming about the design ,development and production issues that have been encountered and have outlined their plans to overcome them. Seems to be a very open and honest team of highly motivated folks working together to provide a great product and customer service experience. I highly recommend both the company and the products.
Company and people are very customer oriented. Excellent customer support and transparency, communicating weekly with the Magfast community. Their vision and mission position them to really make a difference in the global charging market. I am happy to be involved with this company since 2020 and look forward to their growth and success.
I love Magfast. It will be a leader in the electronics business! It is THE BEST quality. You can charge anything several times with any of the MAGFAST products. People that are upset they don't have theirs yet just remember, THE BEST takes time.
I have been following Magfast for over a year now and I have been very happy with the products offered. The few times I have had the need to contact the company customer service department I have had a wonderful experience and they have been very helpful and informative.

I have been on a journey with Magfast for several years. Yes, it has been a journey. Seymour Segnit is an inventor and entrepreneur extraordinaire. He has a vision and he will not send out a defective or substandard device.
Everyone is fairly familiar with a mobile phone issue. Whether it be Apple or Android it’s always as if the makers are SO concerned with getting something new and different to market they allow numerous bugs to exist thinking they will “fix” them later.
Magfast is the opposite of that and wants their product to be THE BEST from the very beginning. No bugs. No glitches. No product returns. What a concept!
Yes, I bought in years ago. Yes, I know it’s taken a long time. Am I worried? No. Will the tech “be obsolete”? No. Why? Because the charger has EVERY charging system currently in the market plus a company that will continue to innovate. We have USB A, B, and C. We have Qi chargers. We even have jumper cables! Wireless charging NEVER had it so good. We have a portable power bank that goes everywhere and charges everything!
I keep saying “we” because I like (love) Magfast so much I bought a portion of the company. With that said, yes, Magfast has offered opportunities to partner with them. These offers are through another up and coming company and as I have invested in many companies I am aware my money is always at risk.
That being said, the SEC must “approve” a company to allow the public to invest. A snake-oil flim-flam con is NEVER going to gain SEC approval.
Magfast is going to do great things (even more great things) in the future. Their latest cabling solution is a fine example of the type of product we can look forward to. In my opinion, Magfast is simply the best charging solution for everything and everyone.
My first order was back in January of 2019 and I believe in this company. MAGFAST has displayed honest and resourceful ideas with the potential of being a fantastic company! Most people do not know or understand what a "startup" company has to do to design, manufacture and produce a product especially of this magnitude! The primary idea people need to understand is "patience"!! This company has been keeping us up to date on a weekly basis which is phenomenal since there is so much work involved both in the weekly updates as well as just keeping everyone on track to produce the product.
There have already been backers that have received their first product and I am anxiously waiting for mine which is due around June 2022 timeframe.
Ordered mine in 2019. I understand I got in"Early" and things take time and covid has been a barrier but at this point, by the time I receive my product, the tech will be obsolete. Getting in touch with someone to get a clear answer is impossible...
MAGFAST has always been up front and very good at comunicating updates on the product and any issue with production due the current conditions.
