I ordered mine years ( & I do mean years) ago. I tried to find out when I would be getting my order but got the runaround. This guy uses the money he gets for orders to permanently vacation. They are a bunch of thieves in my book. Buyer beware.
Company and people are very customer oriented. Excellent customer support and transparency, communicating weekly with the Magfast community. Their vision and mission position them to really make a difference in the global charging market. I am happy to be involved with this company since 2020 and look forward to their growth and success.
I have been following Magfast for over a year now and I have been very happy with the products offered. The few times I have had the need to contact the company customer service department I have had a wonderful experience and they have been very helpful and informative.
This company is going places! I believe in their vision, the design of their products and their future. The enthusiasm and energy they exude and the pride they take in their products cannot be surpassed! This is the first time I have been inspired to invest in a start-up company and I truly believe I won't be disappointed.
I am one of the first pre-order customers of Magfast in 2017. I love the excitement of Seymour, Kate & all of their Staff. They love the Chargers & are excited about making the best products possible. They keep us updated on each step & let us know if there is a problem or delay. I am so impressed with them & the Magfast Chargers that I invested in the Company, while still waiting for my order.
I have been with MAGFAST since the beginning, when all they had was an idea and a plan. I attended their early product infomercials and was impressed enough to pre-order the entire line, then when they had their first IPO I got in on the ground floor. I am scheduled to receive my first shipment in the next couple of months and can't wait. They have kept me informed on what is going on with any issues that they have encountered during the process and I blame COVID for the reason we haven't received our orders yet! But I am willing to wait in order to be part of this wonderful new family of chargers. I am also in love with the new LUX cable program and will be purchasing them as well. I can't express my feelings better than to say, "This company is a major player in the Charger market and I want to be a part of it". I will be sure to update my review with my product arrives, and tell it like it is, good/bad or ugly.
I pre ordered the MAGFAST product three four yrs ago and I haven't gotten the product yet and it wasn't luck of trying from the company but in fact for a good reason. The product has to be perfected in all aspects and nowadays hardly any company does so kudos to MAGFAST . Also don't forget the world turned upside down and good luck doing anything these days the way you planned.
I believe in the company so much so i invested in my hard earned money.
Very transparent with the product development and seem to be going above and beyond to overcome the setbacks from the pandemic and now with the world turmoil. I don't see how anyone can say anything bad about MAGFAST. I'm invested and patiently waiting to receive the products and I trust they will be the better than the best in the market of chargers and just added to the lineup, charging cables. Customer support has been exceptional in response to all of my concerns when I have contacted them. They were very easy to talk to and made sure I was satisfied with the answers to my questions. I have followed the weekly updates on the the progress of the products. What other company has done that? I'm not a current user yet but will be soon.
I ordered my Magfast set of charging devices in September of 2019 and then doubled up on the order the following year. While I have yet to receive and try the products I am very happy with the communications and customer support. Regular emails have ensured that I am always kept up to date with the progress of the product design and manufacturing processes. These have slipped but are in line with many other products on the market these days that originate in China.
The actual charging devices themselves look fantastic and I am very eager to take possession but at the same time I’m happy the company is making the effort to ensure that what they are sending out is of the highest quality. It may add to the delays but I’m content to wait.
*****. Updated Sept 24th, 2022. ***** The honesty and integrity of Magfast is second to none. Several months ago I received an unsolicited partial refund because I had made an overpayment two years ago when placing an order. At the time of ordering (doubling up my original order from 2019), I paid for the jumper cables that attach to the Magfast Extreme. I hadn't realized these were actually 'free' at the time of placing my order and I hadn't realized that I had paid for them. Out of the blue, in June or July this year, while reviewing my orders, the Magfast team identified this over payment and refunded me the charge. I hadn't asked for it nor was I looking for it. I simply had not realized. While it isn't a huge amount that I had shelled out and a drop in the ocean for Magfast, I do believe it highlights their honesty and total integrity towards customer service. Yes the products are taking longer to come to market than many customers can wait for but I do believe they will be first class when they arrive. More and more are now being shipped and I anticipate mine arriving within the next few weeks. When they do, I will certainly provide a detailed and honest review of my findings but for now, the customer service is all I have to go on and that is first rate without a shadow of a doubt. I have total faith and confidence in the company, their staff and products.

My more recent order of Lux cables arrived last week and is everything and more that Magfast offered. This really is a premium cable that looks and feels great. The charging capabilities are truly magnificent. The packaging is also top quality. My pre-order of Life and Extreme are en-route with UPS and I anticipate them arriving within the next week or two - I keep checking the tracking number but it appears held up right now due to the US Thanksgiving holiday break.

Part of my original purchase arrived prior to Christmas 2022, allowing me the opportunity to travel with them as a test to see how they (Magfast Extreme & Life) functioned. I was not disappointed. There is a monitor glitch with Magfast Life but that is being addressed by Magfast and is scheduled to be replaced under warranty in the next week or two. Both devices are very easy to use and capable of providing several recharges to my cell phone and other portable accessories.
For those who repeatedly spew out about Magfast being a scam, it most certainly is not. Their integrity is non-negotiable and absolute. They are honest and believe in their products, standing by everything they sell.
Magfast has my full support and I look forward to further products in the future.
I discovered MAGFAST in 2019 from a Facebook add and watched a half hour presentation on their product. At that point it was still under development but I decided to pre-order the full package. The company obviously has high expectations of themselves and is committed to taking care of their customers. Even through massive supply chain problems and increased costs they kept us informed and did not even pass on increased costs to pre-order customers. I find this company outstanding, well worth the wait for the product. I believe in them so much I invested in them. Will be loyal to the end I am sure.
