I love n8n. Once you get used to it, you will have a hard time going back to Zapier or Make. The simplicity and power of being able to draw your workflow on a canvas is great when compared to the linear approach of Zapier (Come on, paths are half-baked, tedious, and limited to 5) or the surprisingly rigid approach of Make (Why do I need a router & filter to split things?)
The support for Javascript in any node with expressions also increases the functionality so much. Especially now with chatbots to help people code, low-code is actually easier than no-code in most instances.
Plus, the pricing flexibility to self-host or use their fairly-priced cloud services are pretty much unmatched by rivals.
Congratulation on the launch of the V1.0.
I've been using n8n for two years in self host inside my Growth company, and I have to say, I could not live without it now. We now have more than 100 working workflows and counting. We've also recommended the product to many of our clients that are all very happy !
The flexibility of integrating with different services and the ability to create robust, multi-step workflows are what make n8n stand out, also It handles API integrations very well.
Amazed to see how much n8n progressed in these years, and to be part of this story makes me very happy. I work for n8n for nearly 3 years now.
I think the biggest winners are the people that n8n empowered to do amazing things, regardless of coding skill.
Looking back at earlier versions we can see how much love and effort was put into this product. Keep rocking, n8n!
I have been using N8N about a month. It's insanely powerful. I'm using it to link all of our different enterprise systems and then building out incidence response processes that notify international teams working with different tools seamlessly.
Its visual flow editing makes it much easier for others to 'read' than alternative automation products.
