My experience with Nimbus note is unbeatable. It has an arsenal of great features that you don't find in any of the other leading and widely recognized tools.
Unique among other things for the incredible capability and variety of capturing and extracting content from web pages (with Chrome extensions).
Then there are the templates, user experience, ease of sharing, etc.
As for support... A 10 without any doubt.
- The app is really slow (with many notes / files)
- They don't paid me my money back (I did a mistake - its my fault) but they don't answer (never saw this at an american software company - really bad)
I recommend you Apple Notes, Craft or Notion.

Entirely replaced Evernote for me. Could be quicker and more organized when switching between workspaces.
I like Nimbus a lot, use it every day. They improved a lot over time.
