Hi Product Hunt, I'm Ninh. I build small plugins for WooCommerce stores, and this one is my main project.
The thing that pushed me to build 2.7.0 is a very ordinary question: "How much is shipping to me?" On a lot of stores it's the last thing a shopper types before they leave. A chatbot that says "please check the checkout page" doesn't really help.
So now the assistant shows an order summary right in the chat: the shipping options for the shopper's address, tax, the total and the payment methods the store offers. WooCommerce does the math, not the AI, so your shipping zones and tax rules apply exactly as they do on the cart page. One tap opens your normal checkout with the cart already filled. Shopping on a phone but paying on a laptop? "Get a payment link" opens the same items on the other device.
A few things I care about:
Prices and stock come from WooCommerce when the reply is shown. If the assistant doesn't know something, it says so and offers a human.
Payment stays on your own checkout and gateway (Stripe, PayPal, whatever you use). The chat never takes card details.
You use your own OpenAI, Claude or Gemini key, so there's no per-conversation fee from me.
"Talk to a person" is always visible, and your team answers from an Inbox in WP Admin.
The core is free on WordPress.org with no time limit, and it already includes the order summary, payment link and order tracking above. The paid plans are optional: Starter adds cash-on-delivery and bank-transfer orders in the chat plus signed webhooks (n8n, Make, Zapier), and Pro adds things like AI budget caps, backup AI provider and tools for your own AI agent, with your team approving drafts.
It's still young, so I'd really value honest feedback from anyone running a store: what do your shoppers ask right before they leave? I'm here all day and will answer every comment.
