Selling a home without an agent is hard: you don't know which portals accept private sellers in your country, or how to write a listing that doesn't look amateur. NOFEE does both, free, no signup, no card, and never a commission. It also publishes what no single portal can: a live cross-country asking-price index, built from portal buyer-alert emails across 21 countries, with open data (JSON/CSV) and every held-back market shown with its reason.
Maker here. Two things I'd rather say than hide:
Why it's free: the writing costs us almost nothing, so the tools are free with no signup and we never charge a commission. The paid pack formats your listing for every portal in your country plus the documents, and you're only charged after we verify it's actually live.
The index is a side effect I'm proud of. Every property portal is national, so no one holds the same question across borders. Tracking listings across 21 countries left me with exactly that. The story I like: Germany first published a median that was really a monthly rent hiding between rentals and sales, so I withheld the whole market, built a floor to separate them, and only then published. Found it, held it, fixed it, published. The 16 markets still held back each show their reason on the page.
