What's so great about Noora is that it has an easy to use interface, tailored for support, but it is still flexible enough that I can use it for internal processes as well.
You can also tell how committed the Noora team is to build something that is truly all you need for support as a startup. They have always been responsive and helpful any time I've been in contact with them.
