I tried literally 8 different AI transcription services, and was subscribed to a few (Otter, tl;dv), but found this one to be soooo far ahead of the rest. It's more expensive, but worth it IMO with the time it saves you and the amazing recordkeeping and collaboration features it provides.

Cannot use it, its either not ready or forgotten... Still has lorem-ipsum text :( Cannot request access as its linked to an empty google sheet!

I have been trying not to use it for about 1 year now. There are many differente solutions that achieve "kind of" the same as Tactiq. But honestly, the ease of use and the specificity of it's AI summaries is unmatched. I have invited around 20 people, not because of the free transcriptions I get (althought these are nice), but because when I leave a meeting I share the AI summarise and EVERYONE LOVE'S it. Instantly, they become an user. In a week, they become paid users. It is just something that we can't live without. One thing that I love to do is to combine Tactiq's transcripts and summaries inside ClickUp Brain Wiki. This way, we can have a clear understanding and growth of our company by taping into every word that was expressed by everyone in the company. The transcript helps the AI to learn and the summarise is used by the people to check on that meeting in the future. The recording? Well... I have been recording all my meetings since 2017. I believe I went back to check 2 or 3 (out of ~500). But the things generated from Tactiq... ohh, boy, they are used all the time. In summary, we should ask Tactiq to give a summary of my review. ;)

I was impressed how smart is Sembly. It can understand what we were talking about and create a meaningful meeting summary after.

Love this product. It's changed me having to make notes for each meeting and missing anything throughout it! We use ClickUp though, and I'd love to be able to integrate the notes directly into ClickUp so I could make tasks there - next step maybe? Just a suggestion!

Congrats on the launch!!! First and foremost I love the name. Beyond that, the vision and mission are very in line with what a lot of SMB businesses need to get to a certain scale while controlling their hiring burden/costs. Really cool launch and I am excited to see whats next.

As someone who attends numerous virtual meetings, I often struggle to fully engage while also taking comprehensive notes. Fortunately, I've been relying on Spoke for some time now to solve this problem by recording and transcribing my meetings and easily sharing them with participants. What I particularly appreciate about Spoke is how it seamlessly integrates with my Zoom meetings once they're added to my calendar, automatically recording and transcribing without any additional effort on my part. I can simply ask Spoke to summarize all the topics or even just one specific topic. It can also generate a list of the most important questions asked by participants, as well as provide feedback given by them. This means I no longer have to sift through transcripts myself and can easily copy the information to my notes or use it for social media. Additionally, Spoke links its answers to specific parts of the video where the information was discussed, essentially creating a table of contents for the entire meeting, allowing me to save time by skipping through lengthy meeting videos in search of a certain part.
