ORGN CDE is the enterprise AI IDE for developers who require privacy. A powerful AI code generator and software development tool guaranteeing security with confidential computing, provable encryption, and zero data retention.

Hey PH, I am Yaser, Co-Founder at orgn.com
Today, we're super proud to share what we have been building over the past months.
Most dev tools were not designed with confidentiality in mind. They were designed for capability, so they route your code, your prompts and your architectural decisions through vendor infrastructure to deliver it.
orgn.com is different by design. Coding agents create code and execute it inside Trusted Execution Environments. Nothing enters our databases. Prompts, archives and session data are all configurable to zero retention. Nothing persists unless you choose it. Additionally, through our proprietary AI Gateway OLLM, we also offer AI models deployed on confidential computing chips, giving you the choice to amp up privacy as and where needed.
This is not a privacy policy. It's architecture.
If you are building software in an industry where your code and data are sensitive and must be protected, Origin was built for you.
We are now live at orgn.com !

@yaerbishr amazing work, congrats on the launch!
This code editor feels different. Editor-first, secure by default, and beautifully crafted. @Origin is definitely opinionated - love it.
S/O to @yaerbishr and team for this launch, keep up the great work 👏👏
The interface quite matches my esthetic taste. However, how can we ensure that even the team cannot access the data inside the TEE? In the event of a system crash or debugging, how do you handle data within the TEE to avoid violating zero retention?
Origin
@mial1509 Hey! Lovely to hear that the interface looks good! The reason we use TEEs is because they are special hardware blocks baked into modern processors. By design, everything inside them (eg,: your code, prompts, files, everything) is encrypted and locked down at the hardware level. The encryption keys are generated inside the chip itself and never leave it. That means even we (the platform owners) can't access what's inside.
During a crash or debugging, because the data is encrypted inside the TEE, it's useless to anyone without the keys. If the session crashes, the enclave dies with it, so there's no way to "peek" at memory or pull data out for debugging. Hope that answered your questions!
Finally. Tired of AI tools that treat "we don't sell your data" as a feature.
This is the right way to build it - isolation by architecture, not by promise. Upvoted 👆
@feku spot on! help them spread the word on 𝕏, repost this

@feku Absolutely. I think we are entering into an era in which people are starting to realise that privacy is as important as the ability to move fast! Happy testing!

I enjoyed the space-like dark theme for this and appreciate the privacy-first features. Interesting stuff team!

@liran_tal Liran that is awesome to hear, we put a lot of thought into the branding and theme, so comments like these are much appreciated. We hope that you enjoy testing it!
Love the design! And I'm sick of the lack of privacy of AI tools, so this is great, will check out.
