It's a really good tool in terms of transcription. But one of the major issues I had was around how the Unlimited Audio Uploads work. Even though in your Business Plan, there is unlimited audio file uploads it still counts towards your meeting minutes.
A very intuitive and effective tool that makes your day a win by releasing you from extra and boring admin tasks such as manual note-taking, agreement tracking, collaboration and sharing, etc. I call it my productivity-monster tool ;)
Well done Folks, I'm looking forward to experiencing more powerful features with you.
Otter Chat is awesome for creating quick follow up emails thanking clients for their time, reviewing what was discussed, and creating an agenda for a follow up a call. If I have a follow up call with a client I will go to my Otter Chat from my last call with that client and ask "What were the most important topics on this call" to get a quick and succinct list of everything I discussed with that client to prep for the follow up meeting.
I have been using Otter for a couple of months and it really helps me with my meetings. It gives me a nice summary of keywords and full transcription. Moreover, the competitive things for me are using annotation and commenting on important parts of the text (transcription of meeting).
Besides, Otter's integrations are really awesome. Personally, I use Google Meet more due to it being my preferable way of communication, and also Otter offers to use its integration for free.
All in all, I really like Otter and look forward to bringing more features (like suggestions while editing transcriptions, what Grammarly does, or a summary of the meeting!) soon.
I like this app a lot, I use it regularly, it does a great job with meetings. But when I see other apps like Voicenotes and Audio Pen, I do wish Otter would add a pure transcribed voice memo feature and a way to keep notes in an organized way.
"Otter is my go-to for hassle-free note-taking! The transcription accuracy and user-friendly interface make it a time-saving gem. Kudos to the Otter team for making my meetings and ideas more organized
