Packlane

Packlane does not stand behind the quality of their products. The first round of shipping boxes I ordered from them were excellent. When I reordered, the print job was so slick and slippery that packing tape and mailing labels would not stick. I tried to let their customer service know and they brushed me off, implying it was my fault for ordering the wrong finish or using the wrong kind of tape. I simply re-ordered the same product that had been working in the past. Instead of earning a loyal business to business customer for life, they have belittled and alienated us. I would not recommend them.
