PANDA is allowing us to finally say "ITS OK TO NOT BE OK". It is a safe space for each of us to start the conversations around mental health and break the stigma of silence. I have recommended PANDA to many of my clients in order to be empowered and gain valuable insight regarding all matters relating to one's mental and physical health. Psycho-education is so important in the management and prevention of mental health disorders. PANDA allows us to be EMPOWERED.
PANDA has expanded its services tremendously in the last year and has been effectively used in a number of industrial plants where I am an occupational medical practitioner.

Panda is a proactive, engaging and easy to use mental wellbeing app that covers a diverse range of mental and emotional areas. I highly recommend this app above any other mental wellbeing app I've ever used personally or brought into any corporate environment as part of a wider wellbeing/people strategy.
Panda is a great support for the health of a loved one. The Panda app and team are providing a vital service that is sorely needed. I appreciate all the excellent work you do!
