Congratulation on the Launch! Your KPIs so far are incredible. There is no doubt your platform is already prosperous. I am perceived you will get the best possible results!
Full blown deployment solutions have no simple one-click deployment for static apps. Static app deployment solutions do pretty much nothing else. One would really think there'd be a lot more services which serve both, but PATR's the only one I've come across.
Plus, it's not everyday that you get to talk to the dev team directly when you're facing issues with an app. I know that's something that won't scale, but better make the best of it when you can :)
Overall a really good experience. Cheers!
My usual workflow involves using AWS, which includes a EC2 instance setting up a RDS instance, deploying the code on the EC2 instance and then setting up Nginx. A while ago, I tried out Patr and it's been a smooth ride since then. There's a drastic difference when it comes to ease of deployment and assigning it a domain. Hardly takes 5 minutes. The current list of database types is a bit sparse, so please do add other database types like Mongo and SQLite and more region options. Looking forward to an update which adds role based access control.
Patr looks like a fantastic platform for creators to monetize their content, I appreciate the transparency that Patr offers, with creators' revenue and membership numbers displayed publicly.
One question I have for the Patr team is how they plan to address potential issues around sustainability and scalability for creators. As more and more creators begin to use the platform, will it become harder for them to maintain the same level of engagement with their supporters?
Simple, easy to use and excellent support has made DevOps a breeze at ReturnX. Would highly recommend growing new startups use Patr so you can figure out the bigger things. Growing your product.
Great ! it's easy-peasy software for developers like us.....
It removes the friction in the deployment pipeline and helps us to get the ball rolling quickly
PATR is the best cloud platform I've ever used. The platform is incredibly fast and responsive, and the interface is so easy to use. And the fact that I can manage all of my API Tokens in one place is amazing. I can't imagine using any other platform for my app deployment needs.
