Patronum

As a closed beta user of Patronum I am very happy to see where it is going! We heavily rely on it to manage 1000s of users across our client base through the entire lifecycle of an employee's time at the company. We got the best feedback so far on the contact management and contact sharing features. It enables an assistant of the management team to easily share, update, and distribute contacts to the entire team so they simply have to search their Google Contacts if they need to call someone while also seeing who is calling them. Easy to setup through the interface and once the extension launches, easy to do so for all the users! Thanks @paulrlees for making this product, including us in the beta, and working on the early and long Partnership! Oh btw...as a Partner with Patronum and Google Cloud we're installing it for free to all our Google Workspace customers! Contact me to learn more ;)

We have been using Patronum to manage all of our fully managed clients for a few months now. Patronum adds a lot of value to managing a Google Workspace instance. You can create signature templates, have onboarding or offboarding workflows for employees, easily share contacts or contact groups between everyone in your company, and much more! We use Patronum for all of our managed environments, and it has made our jobs easier and more importantly allowed us to offer a more premium experience to our clients.

We've been looking for an email signature management tool for Google Workspace for ages, we tested and used many before we finally settle on Patronum. Working with the team at Patronum was quick and easy, especially with the built in chat features. Their support team took my initial email signature designs and created an extremely attractive, engaging and functional email signature for my entire business and also several promotional campaigns. 5 stars!!

Thanks to Patronum I can easily set an email signature across the whole organisation, which makes my marketing team very happy. The contact sharing option was a game changer as well.
