Pesterly: Automated client document collection that follows up for you

Hello Product Hunt! I have been following PH for the last 4 years and excited to launch my first project today with you all. I kept watching the same thing happen. The work was ready to start, the client had said yes, and then everything sat still for three weeks because one form had not come back. So somebody on the team became the person who chased. They wrote the polite reminder, waited, wrote the slightly less polite one, and by the fourth message they had stopped sounding like themselves. The tools we tried all pointed the client at a portal, and the client ignored the portal. What clients answer is email from a person they know. So Pesterly sends the request from your own inbox, follows up on its own schedule, and each message gets shorter and lists only what is still missing. The uploads go into your Google Drive, in a folder you own, because your client's tax return should not live on our servers. I built it for anyone whose work stalls waiting on paperwork, whether that is a tax return, a new client onboarding, or a matter intake. Next we are working on shared team views, so a whole practice can see which requests are stuck without asking each other.
