Hey everyone! I am excited to share pocket journal to you, the app that i developed several months ago to make recording transactions fast , easy and fun. A lot have changed in those several months so did the mission of pocket journal. Now i am focusing on developing a platform that can be used by anyone to manage everything they can possibly think of. I am not trying to be optimistic but realistic. The goal that pocket journal have is pretty crazy and i am looking forward to make it a reality. As of now, i will have to agree that a lot of features that pocket journal currently have are already being offered by some great organisations out there run by pretty great people. The major difference you will see in pocket journal and those organisations will be the difference of the ultimate goal. Most of the companies offering management solutions have narrowly targeted 'customers'. They are providing solutions which are great and i admire all of them. Pocket journal is targeting every single living human being that is trying to manage something. The ultimate goal of pocket journal is to build a platform that can be used to manage anything a person can think of regardless of everything. One of the major problems i believe is the cost. The better the product the higher it costs. I am not trying to follow that, although capital is a very crucial element for innovation and growth. I am keeping in mind that this doesn't happen otherwise pocket journal will never be able to succeed in it's mission. The membership plans that you will see right now are priced at 9.99, 27.99, 79.99 in USD. I believe i can promise that these prices will significantly drop overtime because the goal depends on them. Currently, you can manage your accounts, transactions, invoices, assets, customers, vendors, people you interact with, inventory, products you trade, budgets, projects - teams, tasks, members, files, all of the said very explicitly. A lot of development is on going and will be introduced very soon. All i am asking is for the support which you can do by providing a detailed feedback. Unfortunately the users outside India can not upgrade their accounts to premium membership currently due to some pending legal procedure with the bank due to the pandemic but this will be fixed soon.
