I gave Potis AI a try, and it’s honestly a fantastic solution. The AI assistant comes up with questions based on my criteria.
Behavioral interviews are super important for figuring out if a candidate’s the right fit, but doing them manually takes a lot of time. Potis AI makes it so much easier by creating case studies and questions you can use to evaluate candidates. Plus, the user interface is clean and super easy to navigate.

An interesting SaaS tool for hiring staff. I tried to create my own vacancy on the service by my job description. The tool created a smart interview based on my description. And then the most interesting part. Tool Interviewed me as well as a real HR or hiring manager. Tool suggested that I focus on my past experiences. And like icing on the cake, it gave feedback on my strengths and weaknesses. You rarely see this in real life. I am sure that the instrument has a great future! Congratulations to the team on the launch!
