A Mac menu bar add-on for Calendar and Reminders. Open any event and type "push it to Friday" or "for 2 hours": only that part changes, and you see it first. Share a screenshot and the event in it fills in. Files that open on your iPhone, the days that sneak up on you, ⌘J to join calls. €40 once.

Hi Product Hunt, I'm David. I used to work at Flexibits, the company behind Fantastical, and Practical is the add-on I wanted on top of Apple's own Calendar and Reminders.
What it does:
- Change any event by typing what's different. "Push it to Friday" keeps the time, "at 4" keeps the day, "for 2 hours" keeps the start, "move to Home" switches calendars. A card shows the change before you press Return.
- Share a screenshot of a ticket, an invite or a poster (or drag the photo onto it) and the event fills in, with the ticket link from its QR code, read on your Mac.
- Attach files as iCloud Drive links, so the boarding pass opens from Calendar on your iPhone too.
- A calendar of its own for the days that sneak up on you: clock changes to the minute, Mother's and Father's Day on your country's date, the solstices.
- Calendar groups a Focus can switch, time zones, Shortcuts and Siri, ⌘J to join the next call, and birthdays you can answer from the menu.
€40 once on my site, with a 14-day free trial that doesn't ask for a card. No account, and your calendar never leaves your Mac. I'm here all day for questions.
