It's a great tool - after a free trial, you can use it by paying a monthly subscription, so basically, it is a Netflix for manufacturing company. Online support is free.
Probably the best online tool for manufacturing companies. I've used few other software but non of them was so simple and easy-to-use app. Big plus for free support, which is not so obvius novadays
