What's great

Been using PrometAI for a while now, and the Entrepreneur Journey update is a serious leap forward. What impresses me most is how well the modules are connected, idea validation flows into financial projections, brand identity ties into legal setup. Nothing lives in isolation, and that kind of coherence is genuinely hard to get right.

the UX is clean, the AI outputs are actually actionable rather than generic text dumps, and the platform clearly evolves based on real user feedback. For any founder juggling 10 different tools just to stay organized, having 100+ milestones with the right AI assist at each step, all in one place, is exactly what the ecosystem was missing.

Highly recommend, especially the Entrepreneur Journey.

vs Alternatives

Tried other AI writing tools and standalone business plan generators, but financial projections other tools generate often feel disconnected from reality, numbers that look good on paper but wouldn't survive five minutes in front of an actual investor. PrometAI is the only one that keeps everything connected e2e, with financials that are grounded, consistent, and actually make sense as a whole.

What's great

This is a fantastic product supporting you as a founder with the full scale of business planning services. It considers financials, identification and management of risks, planning and execution of activities, development and monitoring of KPIs. You can actually focus on the product development and delegate Promet.ai job of CFO, Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Risk Officer.

What needs improvement

The product is already highly interactive and actively guides you through the process of formulating a strategy and business plan. To some extent, I would like to integrate my management reporting into Promet.ai - though it is possible that I haven't yet fully explored the product's functionality.

vs Alternatives

This product is evolving rapidly and constantly adding new features. Moreover, these features are based - in part - on user feedback; essentially, as an entrepreneur, you participate in the product's development and, thanks to frequent releases, gain quick access to new functionality.

What's great

Used PrometAI to put together our business plan for the seed round, and honestly it saved me from the usual mess of half-finished Google Docs and Excel tabs scattered everywhere.

The Entrepreneur Journey roadmap was what hooked me. Staring at a blank page is the worst part of writing a plan, and having the steps laid out from legal prep through to financials in one flow meant I could just start moving instead of figuring out what to do next.

vs Alternatives

I've tried a few other AI tools for this and most of them are fine for writing the narrative part. What set PrometAI apart was that the written plan and the financial model actually talked to each other; the numbers backed up the story instead of feeling like two separate documents stitched together.

As a first-time founder, I dreaded writing a business plan. PrometAI changed that completely, in under 10 minutes I had a full plan with market analysis, financial projections, and a valuation.

The strategy toolkit (SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces, and more) alone is worth it. It genuinely feels like having a team of experts in your corner.

You put in what you know about your business, and it gives back something you can actually walk into a meeting with.

What needs improvement

A collaboration feature for co-founders working on the plan together would be a game changer.

vs Alternatives

The other platforms are great for narrative, but they fall apart on the financial layer. PrometAI is the only tool I found that treats financial modeling and business planning as one thing, not two separate workflows bolted together.
