I've been using Standard Resume on and off for over a year, and I've enjoyed the service overall. There are some quirks of the product that need to be learned before the experience becomes mostly seamless. Still, it accomplishes its goal of providing optimized resumes in a pinch that (if you already know how to pitch yourself) immediately set you above most applicants. Creating new resumes based on previous resumes is also incredibly easy now too. One Disclaimer I will add: This service alone will not ensure your resume gets read. Even worse, if you're not aesthetically minded or don't understand what does/doesn't need to be in a resume, it may even sabotage you. It's very easy to take Standard Resume's nice templates and turn them into garbage. I wish the company would provide more resume feedback and tips to ensure your resume is ready to send off. Then, the product would bring 10x the value! Will be continuing my subscription!

To say Resume Worded was helpful would be a massive understatement. It was a total gamechanger. I was really struggling with my job search, literally getting non stop rejected from every company. I uploaded my resume to Resume Worded, and realized it was a very subpar one. After making changes, specifically adding in accomplishments, removing issues like bad grammar and punctuation, I submitted my resume to a bunch of companies and got a very different, positive response. Originally found Rezi when searching ways my mom could improve her resume after losing her job of 20 years due to the strains of the pandemic. We saw an uptick in callbacks after a week or so, eventually landing at a unicorn. Trying to make a career change myself, I returned to Rezi, and it is a tremendous help. Throwing it a job listing, having it tailor soft skills I've gained outside that industry, and highlighting their correlation to my future position? Gamechanger. Give it a shot if you're lost in this job market, or just have difficulty selling you.
