If you cancel the subscription they take all of the credits you've already paid for at the end of the period. That's insane to me, those are credits I purchased. If you're taking my credits then refund my money.

The fact that credits are removed when the subscription is stopped is ridiculous. A subscription can be for uses (credits = downloads) or for access (credits = access time). Remove.bg makes you pay for use, and then treats the subscription like if you payed for access. If I pay for a number of credits, it does not matter when i use them. If I pay for access, it would make sense that I lose the access when I stop the subscription, but this is NOT the case. I will move to buying the credits on demand. It only puts the hassle on my having to keep track of how many left I have. For Remove.bg, this only makes their business model flawed, as they push customers outside the subcription model that actually benefits them in running their business. There is literally no benefit on having a subscription.

Since credits in my account were enough for me, I canceled the subscription, then all my credits were deleted. It was unreasonable. Because all the credits were paid, you DON'T have no right to delete it. What's worse, there is no after-sale service.

A beautiful and wonderful tool compared to the time when you open Photoshop and wait a long time for it to open. This tool makes you save a lot of time.

ZEROED MY ACCOUNT OUT AND SAYS I Have not paid and been a customer for over a year. Funny how that happens on Black Friday when they want to push it. PLENTY of choices out there for this service! They just helped me make up my mind. You will hide this I am sure because it's not a favorable take, But if you are reading it and deleting it, maybe TRY HAVING A CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE! Other wise you seem like scammers taking money from us with no recourse. Is this how you like to be treated when you spend the money you make at this job? You should be ashamed and embarrassed.
