When I was looking for an apartment, it took me almost forever. So here is a short story:

I'm right now trying to find a place in SF and want to say that searching for an apartment is like searching for a perfect match on Tinder :) With no good description on profile you could be disappointed just because of the picture you painted. Hope tools like this could educate land-lords and create some patterns of listings with enough on information so no more guesses!
I myself encountered this problem - all posts on social networks are the same, it is very difficult to get attention to your post. It's great that we managed to make a project that will diversify the posts and increase the chances of finding the best option.
