Work on a pre-1978 house? EPA's RRP rule says you keep lead-safe records for every job, for 3 years. Most crews use a binder in the truck. RRP Central keeps the forms, signed pamphlet receipts and crew certs per job, and shows what's missing. Free in beta.

Hey everyone 👋
If you paint, remodel or replace windows in homes built before 1978, the EPA's RRP rule says you have to keep lead-safe records for every job: the signed pamphlet receipt, who the certified renovator was, how you set up containment, the cleaning check, and more. You keep it all for 3 years, and EPA can ask to see it.
Most crews I've talked to keep this in a binder in the truck, or a folder of phone photos. It works until someone asks for a job from two years ago.
RRP Central keeps it per job:
- Send the customer the lead pamphlet by link and keep their signed receipt
- Store crew certificates and get a heads-up before they expire
- See which records are still missing before the job ends
- Download the whole job as a PDF or ZIP if anyone asks
It's free during the beta, no card needed. After that it's $49/month for unlimited jobs.
What would help most:
1. If you do RRP work: what's the most annoying part of the paperwork today?
2. Does the job setup make sense on the first try, or did you get lost anywhere?
3. Anything you'd need before you'd stop using paper?
Thanks for looking!
