I also find that the prices are competitive with many of the hotels close to any listing and so it makes using Airbnb and obvious choice.

I urge you to reconsider this decision and take immediate action to rectify the situation. Failing to do so will not only result in the loss of trust and respect from your customers but also tarnish your company's reputation irreparably. I expect a prompt response outlining your plans to address this issue and restore our access to the software we rightfully paid for.
