Spent time on the site after seeing this launch. The voice, chat and SMS under one layer is a real problem to solve and the demo of the voice agent is a smart way to show it rather than describe it.
One thing I noticed: the demo only lets you test in French and English. For a platform positioning itself around centralizing all customer communication, the first question a non-French, non-English business is going to ask is whether the voice agent actually handles their language naturally. Right now, there's no way to test that before booking a demo. The site also mixes languages across CTAs, which creates small friction points that compound by the time someone reaches the bottom of the page.
One small thing worth fixing, the Industries dropdown in the Nav has two Medical headers, with Hospitality and Real Estate sitting under the second one. Probably a column mapping issue. The page also has a lot of CTAs. If the primary goal today is demo bookings, a single focused path would likely convert better than multiple competing actions.
What does the voice agent language coverage look like on the backend? Is it limited to French and English at this stage, or is broader language support already there but just not surfaced in the demo? What is the target market priority right now, French-speaking Europe first, or are you building toward a broader rollout?
