You can now play on computers with really low configurations with Shadow
I use the service in Colorado (Just south of Denver), but it's supposed to only work in California. Your experience may vary, but mine has been good enough to easily play games like Fallout (with tons of mods) without issue, but it was slightly too delayed (I'm well outside the region it's designed to work in.) for competitive games like OverWatch.
The service is amazing, completely feels like a local ompute!
Dedicated Shadow user for almost a year. Let's be clear: I would have not finished CupHead, HellBlade and other games without Shadow. The ability to play all the games I bought during Steam Summer Sales years after years (a lot....) and on Humble Bundle (even more....) on literally anything is amazing.
I commute a lot and playing in the Uber is incredible. And when I'm tired, playing in my bed is the best experience possible.
I've been using Shadow now for a number of months and it has wowed me in terms of the performance of the remote pc, no latency on control, excellent support and community, constant updates and improvements to the software I generally use it the most now on a Surface pro 4 and it is flawless, playing Forza Horizon 3 at Ultra and 4k looks superb and it just works
Shadow is the most impressive gaming cloud technology : great performance In any situation !
I love using shadow to game from a standard computer that couldn't hardly run Minecraft. Now I can play whatever games I want without having to worry about my specs or constantly having to upgrade my hardware.
User for about 6 months, it's a really great product when it works. Three times I've had issues on a Friday evening / Saturday and there is (was?) No weekend technical support, so my issues wouldn't get resolved til Monday, meaning a few weekends I wasn't able to play games at all.
Twice my shadow has been unfixable, all I did was play games on it, forcing them to reset my device so that I lost everything I had saved on
