Silencio 2 follows tags in your text: [sigh] sighs, <whisper> whispers. It clones a voice from a short clip and runs about 20× faster than real time on an Apple M4 laptop, with no GPU.
It isn't perfect. Whisper changes from take to take and works best on short lines, so try a few.
