Hi, I'm Harry, the founder of SizeSpec. It launches here on Sunday, November 1.
I built it because every marketplace wants product photos in its own size, shape and file size. Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce, the App Store and Google Play each have their own rules, and redoing every photo by hand for each one takes forever.
You drop your photos into SizeSpec, pick the marketplace, and get a ZIP with every photo resized, cropped and compressed to that marketplace's rules. The resizing runs in your browser, so those photos are never uploaded.
Most sellers also have a few photos that are just bad: a cluttered desk, dark light. So there is an optional AI tool too. You upload one of your own photos, pick a white background, a styled surface or just better light, and get a cleaner version back in about a minute. That one does send the photo to our AI provider, because the AI has to see it. If you have no photo at all, you can describe the product and generate one.
Hi everyone, I'm Harry, and I built SizeSpec.
Every marketplace wants product photos in its own size and shape. Etsy asks for 2000 px and now prefers landscape, eBay bans added borders, Amazon wants pure white, Shopify suggests 2048 px and files near 200 KB. Most sellers resize one photo at a time, or guess.
SizeSpec makes it one step: pick the marketplace, drop your photos, download one ZIP with every image sized, cropped or fitted on white, and resized and compressed using marketplace-specific presets. Every preset links the marketplace's own help page and the date it was checked.
It runs in your browser. Resizing, cropping and compression happen in your browser. Those photos aren’t uploaded. Optional AI photo features use external processing and are sold separately
Free: 1 pack a month (up to 5 photos), no card, plus free JPG, PNG and WebP converters.
Premium removes the monthly limit, with packs of up to 200 photos.
New: AI photos, if you don't have a product shot yet.
I'd love your honest feedback: which marketplace or size is missing, and where did the studio feel slow or confusing?
