Spark'n

I've been running online team meetings for over a year and having Ben come along to kick off our meeting with a debate on what makes a sandwhich a sandwhich, was a breath of fresh air! As a manager it was great to sit back and have someone else bring the energy and SPARK to our team meeting. The rest of our meeting was positive, collaborative and fun! Can't wait to try some more SPARKS :)
