👋 Hey Producthunt, Stijn here! My cofounder Elvis and I started working on Stenos because we lacked a system to record our meetings in person, in our own languages (Lithuanian & Dutch) 👎 The Problem We take notes and there are hundreds of note taking apps out there, if not more. However, sometimes, we are either too concentrated to take notes or we do take them, but we miss essential parts. (We literally started this over a case of non matching notes) Yes there are transcriptions system, and apps. But they aren't and multi-lingual and privacy safe and accurate. (We tried). ✅ The Solution We designed a simple intuitive app that writes out your conversations, stores your data on your device and makes everything searchable. We partnered with existing AI-providers to be as precise and multi-lingual as we could get, without huge investments in R&D. This allows us to offer you a very simple proposition: Value for money. @et1881 Thanks, we aim for simplicity. To be fair there are some other apps that do comparable things (we discovered them while planning). But we also think we excel in simplicity, accuracy privacy and last but not least: Being multi-lingual.

Sometimes it's hard to keep up with the meeting ant take notes by yourself, this app is a life saver!

My meetings usually last around an hour. I would not pay $1.99 a meeting. There needs to be an unlimited tier for a one-time purchase, please.
