I can never be proud of Simar, the owner of this business. The only two products he ever made were nonsense; he scammed all of us of our money, and he also owns a pop up that is called Popsify that also is out of business. This is the most ingenus way to steal from people. And I initially trusted him and his team so much, only to find out that they are fraud
They sold rubbish to me

Setting up my ecomm site was easy and straightforward. My main selling point was the ability to sell digital products and SaaS licenses. When I needed to push the envelope on what I wanted out of my store, Simar was always there to personally discuss my needs (something I never had with my -ify store).

Very, very, very HORRENDOUS support. I have been trying to set up my store & custom domain for over 2 weeks (on my own), and neither Simar nor his support team have answered my inquires for help via their support@storelax email. This WOULD be a great deal, if his product actually worked.

Storelax sent an email 2 days ago that they were changing their business model, and gave store owners until the end of the month to move their stores. The site is now down, no ability to access. No support, nothing. Unless producthunt has other ways to contact the company, then producthub has been hoodwinked and is promoting a product for a company that doesn't exist anymore.
