Been working from home on and off all year and have noticed how antsy iād get from sitting for the majority of my time. This app has helped hugely in getting me to take more regular breaks to move and just feel better both mentally and physically. Fantastic - love the UI too!
Wow I have tried this app for the past few days and it works wonder!
Especially since working from home, I keep forgetting to take the time to stretch and move around. This really shows how a simple concept and yields great result.
