I've had the privilege of using Swarmia for over a year, and it's literally transformed the way our Engineering teams work. From my experience in a team of 9 migrating into a department of over 50, Swarmia scales up really well! And it's easy to onboard engineers with the personal actionable GitHub notifications. Huge selling feature!
From better communication to amazing insights into how different people work, it's allowed us to celebrate more milestones as a team and has opened the door to many good conversations regarding productivity and tech debt.
And finally, the whole team is amazingly kind and helpful! They've been so open to our feedback and have helped us onboard our teams with a "white-glove" approach. They're a stellar team building a phenomenal and disruptive product! 🥳🏆

Fantastic! Clean UI. I manage a community of tech leads and Engineering Managers who continuously strive to improve team productivity, want to ship fast with better code reviews without compromising quality, and I know they'll love it!

There are so many good things about this product. Recently adopted it for a small team of 6 engineers and it's been super insightful. I love the working agreements.
