@drew_garcia This sounds fantastic! How does Swipe Sort handle large photo libraries? Is there any limit to the number of photos it can process at once?
Drew Garcia
@hamza_afzal_butt Thank you so much for your kind words! I’m glad you find the swipe feature helpful and fun. I appreciate your support and look forward to hearing your feedback. Enjoy decluttering your photo library!
Drew Garcia
@ashikhameed Thank you! Swipe Sort is designed to handle large photo libraries efficiently. For users, it organizes photos by month. When you select a month, the app initially loads about 4 photos at a time, and with each swipe, it continuously loads more in the background.

This sounds like a great tool! Swipe Sort will definitely make organizing photos much easier and more fun. Looking forward to trying it out! How does it handle duplicates or similar photos? @drew_garcia

@drew_garcia @ashikhameed I have the same question
Drew Garcia
@ashikhameed Thank you! I’m glad to hear you’re looking forward to trying it out. Handling duplicates or similar photos is a feature I’ve thought about and would love to add in future updates.

Wow, I really need this app! Cleaning my photo album has always been a hassle, having to zoom in on each photo to decide whether to delete it, and then dealing with the tedious process of deleting them one by one. This app is a lifesaver! I’m curious, though, does it have an undo feature for photo deletions? It would be great to undo any mistakes or second thoughts. Anyways, this app is amazing! Congrats on the launch!
Drew Garcia
@kiyaaa_ Thank you so much for your kind words! So it does have a back button to undo while you are on the swipe page, then even after you get done swiping, the app takes you to a "Delete Confirmation" page where you can see all the photos you are going to delete. Apple does also keep your photos in a "Recently Deleted" album for 30 days before they are gone for good, and you can always restore from there as well. Thanks for the suggestion and the support!

This sounds like a fun and intuitive way to organize photos. Are there any features that help recover accidentally deleted photos, or any integration with cloud storage services for backup purposes? Congrats on the launch, Drew!
Drew Garcia
@kyrylosilin Thank you! I’m glad you find the app fun and intuitive. So the app does take you to a "Delete Confirmation" page that you can scroll through to make sure you are ready to delete selected images, but also Apple does have a "Recently Deleted" album that saves your photos for 30 days before they are gone for good. So you can restore from there. While I don’t currently integrate with cloud storage services, I prioritize user privacy and don’t store any of your photos anywhere.
