This is as strange as it seems. Basically, you can nurture Chicago's Tech Leaders and help grow their companies by feeding them business contacts and coffee. Help them raise virtual funding by correctly answering business proposals in a winner-take-all Chicago tech event created by my company, Eight Bit Studios.
