I'm a wholehearted investor in Mario stock. Mario provides a level of thoughtful writing and deep analysis that is not common these days, and the community he's been able to build with his S-1 Club series speaks volumes of his sharpness and character. I reviewed the Lemonade tear down a while back and it was the best piece I read on the subject, this is a must read for any/all those that have an interest in the migration of private companies to public markets.
