I really like this Notion template system. I was using one that was also based on the Getting Things Done method, but I prefer this one for how it looks and works for me. I have ADHD and find that Notion's ability to show the same information in different ways without putting it in multiple times is helpful. This template system takes that an additional huge step. I am able to jump to what I need without getting overwhelmed or looking through it all when trying to get the bigger picture. I had been editing from some templates or starting from scratch but still had not gotten close to this. Now I can use it without spending the time to learn it all, but I also still can edit things to my preferences or as I find myself getting bored with one view. Overall, this system takes Notion, which was already a great tool I was getting into using more, to a whole other level of usefulness. It's jump-started my use of some tools in Notion that I was uncertain how best to setup myself.
