We have been carefully hatching ThriveSparrow at the SurveySparrow HQ to extend the possibilities of an already compelling experience management platform. We believe we have a solution to tie together the many fragmented parts of the employee engagement puzzle - Peer Rewards, Engagement Surveys to start with, and soon launching 360 feedbacks, action plans, Goals, and OKR. We have tried to design a product experience that is easy and intuitive to set up, while robust and scalable in its core to cater to the varying complexities of businesses - large and small.
