I spent 20 years operating QSR franchise locations. Fifteen stores, three brands, two franchisee entities. I have been the person in the back room counting cases on a Monday morning, and I have been the person four hours away trying to place an order for a store I cannot see. I built TrackItWeekly because the tools on the market were built by people who have never stood in that room. Here is what nobody tells you about inventory software. Most of it is designed to justify a price tier, not to solve an operator's problem. You add AI demand forecasting because it sounds good in a press release. None of it helps the manager who just needs to know how many cases of cups to order before Friday's truck arrives. The operators I know are not running Amazon warehouses.
