Typebot is the tool I'd recommend to anyone who's tried to build a chatbot in a traditional builder and felt like they were fighting the UI the whole time. The flow canvas is clean, the logic blocks are intuitive, and you can have something genuinely useful embedded on a site or WhatsApp in a couple of hours without touching code. The open-source option is also a real differentiator if you want to self-host and keep data in-house.
The native integrations cover the main bases (OpenAI, Sheets, webhooks, Make/Zapier) but you'll notice gaps pretty quickly if your stack is anything outside the standard set. Anything custom requires going through webhooks, which works but adds friction. The analytics are also pretty bare bones right now, you get completion rate and drop-off by block but not much beyond that.
For indie builders, agencies, or product teams that want to prototype conversation flows fast without a dev dependency, Typebot is genuinely one of the better options out there right now. It doesn't try to be a full support platform and that focus shows in how polished the core flow-building experience feels compared to tools that try to do everything.
