I’ve been using Uber regularly for the past few years, and overall, my experience has been quite positive. The app is easy to use, and I really like that I can see the estimated fare and time before I even book a ride. Most of the drivers I’ve had were friendly, professional, and drove safely. One of the best features is the ability to track the driver in real time and share my trip with someone else for safety. I also appreciate the option to choose different ride types depending on my budget or how many people I’m traveling with. However, there have been a few minor issues - sometimes the app shows longer wait times than expected, and a couple of times the driver canceled without explanation. Also, during peak hours or bad weather, the prices can go up quite a bit. Still, compared to traditional taxis, Uber is more convenient, transparent, and often cheaper. I’d recommend it to anyone who needs a reliable way to get around.

La recensione è per il servizio Uber Reserve, pubblicizzato tantissimo ma di fatto inutilizzabile: in una grande città come Lisbona ho provato a impostare vari luoghi di partenza ma NESSUNO era disponibile, nemmeno posti come il monastero de los Jeronimos o la torre di Belém, cioè tra i più turistici della città! Farebbero prima a scrivere DOVE è disponibile questo servizio anziché pretendere che l'utente scriva una posizione, che poi però si rivela non essere disponibile. Della serie "ritenta, sarai più fortunato". Inaccettabile, così come per il fatto che non è un caso che le corse di Uber facciano spesso ritardo, il che può essere un serio problema se si hanno dei voli da prendere

I use it but there are a lot of issues. First, if you compare prices with other rideshare apps, Uber usually does do well, even if you sign up for UberOne its sill more expensive. Prices vary dramatically, you could wait 10 minutes and find the price has doubled. The service pretty much works, it just constantly feels like they're trying to squeeze every penny out of you. I hear it feels that way for the drivers too.

The update is a huge step backward. The interface is clunky, important options are missing, and the app crashes constantly. It feels like nobody tested this properly before release. Please fix the bugs and bring back the features that actually worked.

Uber es una de mis apps de transporte favoritas, sobre todo para viajes nocturnos. La sensación de seguridad que brinda al conocer los datos del conductor, la calificación del mismo y poder compartir y rastrear el viaje me da mucha tranquilidad.
