Support is absolutely terrible.
I used Uber every morning to go to work and I was very pleased. The reason why I was satisfied was that they gave a discount because taxis were expensive in the country I lived in and it was reliable. Thanks to the promotional codes, it was both affordable and I could use it 5 days a week. As of last week, they stopped defining promotional codes. This upset me a lot, but I said okay. Still, I sent an email asking whether a promotional code would be defined again and wanted to be informed. They've been stalling me for a week. They give general support answers to the questions I write and write after 3-4 days. What a pity!
