Congrats on the launch Maria! I am excited to see how Unstuck will help those struggling with anxiety overcome it without the need for costly in-person therapy. It's about time that a product like this is available for those who really need it. Wishing you and the team all the best!

Congrats on the launch Maria! I learned about CBT last year when I was experiencing anxiety, and I have benefited from journaling on a notebook ever since. Just downloaded Unstuck on iPad, and I already love the mental health/thinking trap insights feature. Can't wait to try digital journaling and compare the differences.
