urgehelper.com is a tool that helps users struggling with porn to stop the urge as it arises and help them be mindful of their reasons to quit amidst strong urges.
I built this tool because I struggle with this addiction. I couldn't find any free tools that offered immediate urge help when the urge hits. Its hard to use willpower alone to stand up to a feeling that has been built into a habit over 100s or 1000s of reps. A mindful intervention to interrupt you and refocus your thoughts has bee incredibly helpful for me. I've tried may other tools and tips and tricks and relapsed just as many times. Im sure my road to recovery will be difficult but hopefully this tool can help me stay on track, and put the things that matter into perspective!
