I wrote a script for their Experts Community for hiring a Customer Success Consultant for an early-stage SaaS and to my surprise someone bought it within a week or two. Delightful experience!

I believe on this idea because it's really important to ask the right questions to hire the right employees.

I created a script for our company, hired someone with it and it was an extremely easy process. I then posted the script to the public and a couple other companies have used it. Pretty cool experience and a much better way of hiring.
