Hi everyone, Rokas here. I run an AI software agency in Lithuania. We sit in a lot of client meetings, and for years the same thing kept happening: a call in Lithuanian, three people taking their own notes, and two weeks later nobody agreeing on what was actually decided. Every AI notetaker we tried was built English-first. Ours came back with summaries that read like a bad translation of a meeting we hadn't had. So we built VoiceCap for ourselves, then for our clients, and now it's a product. What it does: - Transcribes in 100+ languages and writes the summary, action items and decisions in that same language, not translated into English first (majority of smaller languages covered). - Captures three ways: record in the room on your phone or laptop, send a bot to Zoom, Meet, Teams or upload a file. - Keeps a decision log across every meeting: what was decided, in which meeting and in what context. - Connects to Claude and ChatGPT over MCP, so you can ask "what did we agree with this client?" without ever opening the app - EU company, recordings stored in Frankfurt, never used to train models Free plan is 300 minutes and no card. Pro is €29 per capture seat, Business €49 for unlimited recording. Viewers are free on every plan. The part I'd most like feedback on is the decision log. Every notetaker does summaries and action items, but almost nobody treats decisions as separate records. @easeops the notetaker is the first step, but then it captures decisions that go across the whole company and all meetings. Also, it works great in non-english languages. It also automatically sorts meetings into groups/projects, so your meetings are automatically sorted, categorized and post-processed. Your company brain is automatically being populated.
